Dude (INANDA FM)

Born and raised in KwaMashu, Bongumusa Mncube also known as DUDE, is a rapper, radio presenter, MC and event coordinator, He matriculated back in 2004 at Dr J.L high school and furthered his studies at DUT as a Civil Engineering student. In addition, he also studied and graduated in Retail management and worked at Makro for 3 years as a Retail Manager.

According to Dude, he’s always had a passion for Radio and Public Speaking which is why he went on to study Radio Production and Radio Broadcasting at Mlwazet Bavundulule Academy. In 2020, he then went on to join INANDA FM as a Radio producer for Inanda FM’s “Hood up Hip Hop Show”. In addition, Dude is responsible for hosting the Hood Up Show Event and has also been nominated for The Best Radio Producer at INTANDOKAZI AWARDS.

A very talented guy, Dude has managed to grow his listener and follower count by bringing on amazing acts like K.O, Kwesta, Emtee, Zakwe, Sjava, Touchline and many others. Whilst being busy with all this amazing work, Dude has also managed to release an outstanding body of work in the form of a 6-track EP titled “HIP HOP INTERSEXION” which he released in 2011. He then released his latest EP titled “LAST MAN STANDING” which features with Scelo Gowane.

The multitalented rapper has also featured and assisted in a multitude of projects. Dude is also responsible for organising the annual STREET CHILLAZ hip hop festival, he has also performed in the UMLAZI GANGSTER campaign as well as the WALMART seminar hosted back in 2012 in the USA.

Dude has also shared the stage with a multitude of mega stars such as; Dj Tira, Duncan, Emtee, Big Zulu, K.O, Sjava and more.

He also participated in the 2021 COSAFA BEACH SOCCER TOURNAMENT as the Announcer.
