RIP Riky Rick

As the whole country mourns the untimely passing of the young legend Rikhado Makhado(popularly known as Riky Rick) we too at ZayMag would like to pass on a message of thanks and gratitude towards the Iconic Mr Makhado for the humongous amounts of contributions and talents that he helped shine a light on and introduced us to within the industry, from his everyday positivity to making sure that young talent is recognised and his message of pushing independence and the culture forward stays fresh and constant in our minds.

The industry as a whole has lost a giant we’d like to pass on our heartfelt condolences to the Makhado Family and close friends. Riky served as a bright example for us all and was also one of the main reasons why this company was started in the 1st place, to push the culture forward and inspire the youth to do great things and not be afraid of trying.

His spirit will forever live on through the music and fashion industry as well as our hearts and minds. We wish him a safe passage as his energy moves on and pray for the well-being of his loved ones.
